Sunday, June 8
12:00pm ET (60 min)
Online (live, recorded)
Endometriosis is a chronic illness affecting our whole body, and our whole life. While symptoms vary from person to person, one thing many of us share is the frustration of insufficient treatment and support. This hour is an opportunity to practice self-care and learn new ways to live well with endometriosis.
This free session offers pain management tools and creative approaches to endo support. Through a blend of yoga practices—gentle asanas (postures), mudras (energetic seals), and pranayama (breath work)—we will address the unique challenges of endo. These practices are specifically tailored to help manage pain, increase mobility, and support emotional and physical healing.
We'll focus on movement designed to improve blood flow and mobility in the lower abdomen, pelvis, and legs. Expect slow stretches, restorative postures, and a gentle flow. Whether you were formally diagnosed during a laparoscopic surgery or are self-managing the symptoms of suspected endometriosis, this space is for you to explore moving and breathing in new ways.
