Care for your own pelvic health while supporting those facing barriers to abortion care. If you have chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, bladder or bowel challenges, this space is for you! This class offers an accessible approach through yoga, helping you build a healthier relationship with your pelvis.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Map the anatomical landmarks of the pelvis

  • Explore the relationship between our nervous system and pelvic floor muscles

  • Use breath to bring more circulation to the pelvic region

  • Experiment with gentle stretches and slow movements to release tension in the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles

These approaches help us build both body literacy and intimacy. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your pelvis and a set of tools to cultivate pelvic health. While this space is designed for those with pelvic health challenges, anyone curious about the pelvic region is welcome.

This workshop is open to all genders and is trans-affirming. Inclusive language will be used. All donations go towards financial access for folks seeking abortions. Please bring a journal and water to support your practice.
