10am-5pm
Greenpoint, Brooklyn
Price: $200
It’s time to recommit to our practices of liberation. Reiki offers a direct path towards balance, connection, and healing. Many of us are reeling from the violence of fascism, genocide, and ongoing attacks on marginalized people. This Reiki II training is an invitation to create intentional space for care—for yourself and for your community. Together, we’ll explore how Reiki can be both a personal healing practice and a collective offering in turbulent times. We’ll also discuss how to honor the Japanese roots of Reiki, hold complexity in caring for others, and send Reiki to those who are suffering around the world.
Deepen your connection to the sacred practice of Reiki. We’ll revisit the history and precepts of Reiki, then explore the mantras and symbols unique to this level. You’ll receive three attunements, which deepen your ability to connect with universal energy and allow you to offer distance Reiki—sending healing across time and space.
We’ll approach Reiki as a system comprised of five elements:
Reiki Precepts
Reiki Meditations and Techniques
Hands-on Healing
Reiki Symbols and Mantras
Reiju and Attunements
As a group, we’ll practice sending Reiki to one another, as well as to objects, places, and people far away. You’ll also learn techniques to support both personal and professional practice, including:
Kenyoku Ho (dry bathing)
Gassho (meditation and focus)
Reiji-Ho (connecting with inner guidance)
Byosen Reikan Ho (scanning the energy body)
Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of earth, heart, and heaven energy (ki) and connect with the hara, the body’s personal energy center.
Many participants come to Reiki II to reconnect with their practice, while others are seeking to grow professionally. If you are curious about returning to your personal practice or developing your client treatments, this training will provide both skill-building and community support.

About Sasha (she/her)
I was first introduced to Reiki in 2017 and trained in Reiki I & II with my longtime practitioner, Marisa Sullivan. In 2025, I completed Reiki III (Master Practitioner and Teacher) training with Eloisa De Leon. From my earliest experiences, I was struck by the profound shifts Reiki can bring, and today I share this practice with artists, musicians, queer and trans folks, and people living with chronic pain or disability.
My work is also grounded in yoga, trauma-informed practices, and reproductive care. As a queer person living with endometriosis, I’m passionate about using embodied practices to support pelvic health, abortion, miscarriage, and healing through queer community. I teach with respect for the South Asian and Japanese lineages of these traditions.
