Restorative Yoga for the New Year

This trauma informed practice offers a way to reset from the holidays and welcome in the year ahead. After a few gentle movements to warm up your muscles and joints, you’ll cozy up for a restorative asana practice. You’ll explore breathing practices intended to release tension and stress. A guided meditation will invite you to start the year with clarity and presence. From here, you’ll ease into quiet and rest.

Find some space to lie down– on a yoga mat, the floor, or even your bed. Gather a few pillows and blankets to support your body in rest. This practice is suitable for those who are new to yoga and meditation, and are curious about incorporating it into their routine. Beginner friendly. 

Classes will take place virtually on Zoom. Participants are welcome to turn their video off if that makes them more comfortable.

*This class will be recorded, with the spotlight on Sasha. If you are unable to attend live, replays will be available for 7 days. If you want the recording, please make sure to click the box that allows us to email you.
